Great battle and pass on Siffert. Good race. :)

I think you deserve the BT-19 now.

Thank you! Good battle with Siffert.

Your video reminds me once more that I want to have spring updates for Silverstone, Brands Hatch and Monza 1000 km. BRDC Trophy was in April, Race of Champions at Brands Hatch was in March, Monza 1000 km was in April - in this time grass is not so green and trees are 'naked'.

Would be nice to have accurate updates for each track and for each race throughout 1965 - 1969. I wouldn't object

Hey Jake, could you give me your impressions on Track ir?
After all the FOV arguments Im thinking on using it to allow me get a lower FOV and still be able to look around.
Does it work well with GPL and the mods? Now they are in the 5th version, am afraid of the newer one losing some previous compatibility.

Many thanks, your videos made me load GPL onto a machine and start playing it again after almost 15 years.

Nice driving, fantastic commentary and some nice historical info about the real races too.

Hope you can make some more soon!

Great Videos!  I was looking to view something about the 1966 Mod (I think is the mod we are going to race at Mybroga's next season) and this videos make me want to start right now!  Thanks to share them.

Thank you very much! I hope to get back to making more videos someday, for now I rarely get time to race at all because of work. I should be moving closer soon though and will have lots of extra time!

Good stuff! Nice to see some Can Am and Indycar Racing II on your channel too.

My only comment about the GPL vids is that we can't see your mirrors, sometimes you talk about cars close behind but we can't see them. I don't know if it's because of your FOV and TrackIR, or if you've zoomed the video to lose the GPL black bars top and bottom? I'd rather see black bars and mirrors if possible, it would add a little excitement when you've got a car right behind.

Also you mentioned mirrors in the Can Am, I think there's a virtual mirror option in the Cars folder although it might spoil the immersion / authenticity. Triple screens is the best way to see the mirrors in those cars although they're so small and far away, I run a 120 degree FOV at 1080 x 6004 resolution with GPLShift's "[ TripleHead2Go Adjustment Adjust_InCarView]" option off and it's pretty epic.

Also, Ritchie Axelson's new team is Anglo American Racers (unless you've modded a 1996 carbon fibre Toyota powered Champ car into the sim!) ;) :P

Hope you can make some more vids soon, they're a great advert for GPL and hopefully will help keep this great sim alive for another 15 years. :clap2:
