I used to have fog at a few circuits but I can't get it anymore, something simple I know, I remember turning it off a while back for an online race and although I am using V2 Rasterizers (tried both V2's) and have adjusted the track ini manually and using Mech's Fog tool, it just doesn't show up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The only reference to Fog that I could find (Also looked in Player.ini this is where you toggle FOG on/off in NR2003, but no reference to FOG there) was in the main Core.ini:
[Int Profile Values]
value0=RasterV2:Device:0
value1=RasterV2:TossBiggestMips:0
value2=RasterV2:MaxMipSize:0
value3=RasterV2:MirrorSize:0
value4=RasterV2:DirectMirrorRendering:1
value5=RasterV2:DrawMethod:1
value6=RasterV2:ZBufferType:1
value7=RasterV2:AnisotropicFiltering:8
value8=RasterV2:TrilinearFiltering:1
value9=RasterV2:LODBias:0
value10=RasterV2:32Bit:1
value11=RasterV2:Width:0
value12=RasterV2:Height:0
value13=RasterV2:FogDensity:1000
value14=RasterV2:VSync:0
[RasterV2]
Device=0
TossBiggestMips=0
MaxMipSize=0
MirrorSize=0
DirectMirrorRendering=1
DrawMethod=1
ZBufferType=1
AnisotropicFiltering=8
TrilinearFiltering=1
LODBias=0
32Bit=1
Width=0
Height=0
FogDensity=1000
VSync=0
Hope that's of some help

Thanks Swifty, I checked and mine is the same as yours, I am sure it is some value I need to edit, I remember editing something to turn it off but can't remember if I adjusted the track ini or did something else

Yes, besides enabling fog within core.ini you must also enable it at the individual tracks that you want to have fog present.
This is the beginning of the trackGT.ini for Le Mans (bsarthe).
The value "type = " turns the fog off (0) or on (1).
Try a density = 6.1 for a great effect at a long circuit like Le Mans!
The values "fog_r = " (etc) set the tint of the actual fog.... in red, green and blue. Experiment!
----------------------------------------------------
[ track ]
track_name = Circuit de la Sarthe
track_name_short = Le Mans 24HR
track_num_turns = 12
track_length = 8.366m
track_altitude = 0.0
[ configuration_0 ]
[ fog ]
type = 1
density = 6.1
fog_r = 190
fog_g = 190
fog_b = 190
[ statistics ]
reference_value=207.36
[ ai_track ] .......

OK, fixed it, thanks Greg. I forgot about the different track ini's for the various mods so I was modifying the standard track ini but using the 69's for a test at a track where they had their own 69track ini
I knew it was something simple and they are the things that can become frustrating, thanks for the input guys.
