The exceptions to the real grid of the 1967 German GP are the BRM P83 of Stewart (which he actually used during practice) instead of the P115, the Cooper T81b of Rindt (also used during practice) instead of the T86, and there is not the Lola T100-BMW of H.Hahne. These exceptions are due to the well known 7 slots limit of GPL67, but on the other side, it is full of the historical details which characterize each car at each specific race.
In a similar way to the other historical graphical carsets for GPL 67, this also includes HR car skins, this time with the numbers and details used at the German GP, specific mechanical parts, drivers’ faces, helmets and gears and some other textures to match colors and historical fidelity. It includes the drvc67 file to be dropped in the nurburg track folder, with the Nurburgring 67 entry list.
Installation notes are included in the download.
Credits as usual, go to the original textures creators and to the entire GPL community who has produced and shared so many graphical improvements, utilities and knowledge to keep this game/simulator still so interesting, inspiring and enjoyable. A special thanks to Irridux for the pleasure of sharing this work together, with the scope of providing the most accurate and historically faithful possible carset.
Good historical racing!
P.S. Next to come are some updates for the already published carsets.
