Isle of Man Mountain Course - New Progress Video 31/3/2012.

I thought you might like an update on progress, so I have put up an updated longer progress

video of the full length, Isle of Man Mountain Course, from Grandstand to Ballacraine, on YouTube

or accessed through my website here............ http://jrpearson.hom...LatestNews.html

Enjoy!

The rest of the Course is still under development [detailed object placements].

I know its taken me 7 years so far, but completion will still be a good while yet.

Can now see "light at end tunnel" though!..... :)

Thx for that progress video, Jim!

Absolutly brilliant what you are creating!

Let`s hope the light at the end of the tunnel gets brighter and brighter with every day you work on. :)

Even if it should take you another 7 years, we will still be around to drive your beauty. ;)

 :artist:

Cheers
Stefan

Simply stunning Jim :hat-tip:

Your scaled down version was an all time favourite and I can just tell that when this is completed, it will instantly become a favourite too !

Thanks for posting your progress and don't worry, I could happily wait another 7 years for this.

Nice driving BTW

Cheers

Absolutely fantastic. Simple as that.

Like Dundrod, you have conveyed a real sense of speed due to the amount of objects / textures that come flying at you. (Good Driving as well...)

Absolutely breathtaking Jim! Have you thought about contacting Dave Kramer to see if you could maybe help them get this track into iRacing?

Hi Isamu,

Jim's answer to conversions has been if you want to drive one of his tracks, then drive GPL, although he did allow an rFactor conversion of Dundrod.

Besides, hasn't Iracing's position been that it won't have a track that hasn't been laser scanned?  As thorough as Jim is, I doubt he's hauled a laser scanner around the 37 plus miles of IoM.

  Dave
