I'm finally getting around to the giving the TC Mod it's first real useage,and appreciate the team that put together this fun little gem!

This texture update is based upon the original 512 addon and expanded to include about double the total higher resolution mips. My attempt was to match the base lower resolution, 4 bit mips from the standard track and replace many of them with 16 bit versions. No altered billboards,armco,etc.  

I've replaced the spectators and altered the sky-horizon with what I think is a better looking version(the original horizon mips aren't based on reality,either),but I've also tried to keep this eyecandy as close to "real" as possible with minimal overall impact as to compromising the tracks reality. These mips have the maximum number of sub images in attempt to increase frame rate.

Not for the low-spec computer/video card combo to enjoy maximum frame rates but for those who can,enjoy.

I added fog to clean up the horizon, I'm fairly certain there aren't any hills near the Speedway.
Here are the settings :
