    Oh, and GPL as well.

Can someone kindly point me to a Solitude replay?  Not a particular one, just a marginally sub-benchmark replay.  I'm really struggling to get anywhere close - still doing 33s and the prospect of finding another 4 seconds seems ridiculous (mind you I said the same thing just a week before I went negative at Bremgarten!).  I've got a 21.9 by M. Asano but I'm not really learning anything from it - it seems!

Well, there's a 25.04 lap in a Ferrari over at Andy Wilke's site.
But I'd say there's everything there is to learn in a Masaki Asano replay; braking, accelerating, clean driven laps and 'power of the line'.

I guess you're right.  I just need to persevere.  In the last 24 hours I've trimmed off a full second and a half, but my nemesis is the pitch downhill after the long 'back' straight - I know I'm braking way too early.  I'll work on it.  I expect to be green there by this time next week!  What gets me though is how someone can be a full 10 seconds quicker - while I'm just shaving off tenths here and there!

Found another second and a half since yesterday.....  Only 8 tenths shy now and for the first time I've seen a sub-benchmark 'potential' on my splits on Pribluda.....  I just wish I knew how Asano can take so much speed into T1.  I'm a frequent visitor to the hay bales there!

Where to pick up the speed there is a good question. ;) I'm at a 3:32.something there myself, but didn't really practice for the benchmark.

I found this site via GplLinks.org, looks less alienlike, so maybe that helps.

Ah, a new one on me - thanks for that.  Down to 6 tenths now.....  ;)

Funny old game - did two laps today and made it.  The lap didn't feel that special but it was still nearly 7/10ths better than I'd ever done before.  :)
