PETE : for the drivF2  you have already :

Brabham *Gardner *Rindt *Rees *Surtees *McLaren *Courage *Hill *Beltoise *Servoz-Gavin *Rollinson *Oliver *Raby *Ickx *Stewart *

it lacks only Hulme (all other pilots have 0 points) and his BT23 (for "trophées de France" as well), it is easy to make an AI, the skin is in the carset ( like Brabham's skin , motor race developments )

.

Attached is a replay of an amazing close online race!
It is terrific how close you can race with these cars, well in case the others around you, know what they are doing. :)

SR_F2_Reims_Close Online Racing_Wow! - Replay

This race was amazing, indeed!
The cars reach 290 km per hour... incredible!

Great Great work on this mod!!! And everyday we find a lot of full servers at igor!

GPLBRASIL League will use this mod in short tournaments next week.

Ed, if you're asking about the names of the cars so as to set their fuel loads, they are the same as their car directories, brabham through murasama and C07 through C11.

The AI currently use a proportion of the track.ini file '67 Braby F1 load at all tracks.  If you add track specific driver.ini and track.ini files, then the AI will use those fuel loads instead.

I couldn't test and log the exact F2 fuel usage as I was able to do with the Sports Cars.  But GPL's fuel usage is based on the amount of horsepower used.  As the F2 car engines had about 225 horsepower and the '67 F1 Braby had about 350, a good estimate is that the F2s use about 64% of the Braby.  Add a little pad and the F2 cars are loaded with 70% of the Braby unless you have a track specific .ini files.

A huge thanks for the new F2 Mod! It's simply incredible!! :hat-tip:

I was doing some fun races on iGOR and it was really fun how close we can drive these cars from each other. Since a long time ago that I don't see the GPL community so excited with a mod. It reminds me the good old times of the daily fun races on VROC. Surely, we can say the F2 Mod is a fantastic vitality injection for GPL.

Long live GPL! :clap2:

Thank you very much to everyone involved with this mod! If this isn't a good reason to get my GPL installation up to date again and fire it up, I don't know what would be. This is absolutely fantastic! :yeah:

I just wanted to add my thanks to the whole team for another fantastic mod.  The cars look great (so good in fact, that ISR seems to have confused the mod with rFactor 2!) and are brilliant fun to drive.  I particularly like the interior of the 2 Matras, although I think my favourite car overall is the Protos.  I was wondering though, why this car’s driving position seems different to the other cars.  Did Pedro have really long arms or something!?

Thanks again and a happy New Year to everyone.

Can't believe that it's 18 pages into this thread before I've had a chance to try out the F2 mod; family and Holidays can really take their toll. I must re-adjust my priorities

Guys, it's bloody fantastic! The attention to detail in the cockpits and bodies is amazing. I am so thankful that we still have people in this community that can turn out a product of this quality. And I think the driving model itself is extremely well done.

Hats off to the Mod Team! Thank you so much for this!
