TRACK ADDONS COLLECTION by Luc Van Gossum
=======================================

These track addons by Luc Van Gossum were originally hosted at
http://vangossumpits.speedgeezers.net/

As they are not longer available I compiled them in one zip (I had to slit it in 2 parts, as the forum upload is limited to 30 MB a file).
-> you have to download both files and unzip them to get one file ;)
-> in case you can`t open/ unzip a ".7z" file use the free program: http://www.7-zip.org/

Included track addons:
-----------------------------
ALDO SCRIBANTE 1.0
ANDERSTORP 1.0
BRANDS HATCH 1.0
BRANDS HATCH INDY 1.0
DRAGON NEST 1.0
EFEXX 1.5
FALKENBERG 1.0
IMOLA 1.0
NEUVIL 1.0
ROAD 67 1.0
ROAD ATLANTA 2.0
SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS 1.0
THORNHAM 1.0
WATKINS GLEN 71 1.0
ZANDVOORT 1.0

You can get Van Gossum`s great fantasy tracks here:
http://gpltd.bcsims.com

Cheers
Stefan

Note: Keith, could you please add a link from the GPLTD to this thread, as there is e.g. only the Efexx 1.2 version available on the GPLTD.

thank you stefan! downloading right away.

at one point next year, when the flooding in thailand is gone and hard disk prices are back down to normal, i will have to continue my quest to download every single track from the track db, plus all the updates for each track for my archives. i started some weeks ago and got overwhelmed by the amount of stuff on offer - so i stopped after 2 letters (2 of the less popular ones ;)).

This is just an educated guess, but I think if you install the original Efexx v1.2, then download Stefan's ZIP file and install the Efexx v1.5 addon, that upgrades the track to the latest version. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi !

Just move both dl-files in one folder and unpack archiv-file number one. The rest will done by unpacking and join both parts.

Greetings

Achim

Many thanks Achim, but I still can't get it to work.

I put the two zipped files (WinRAR)in one folder, Pt 1 unzipped produces my "Ulead Instant Viewer", which opens jpg files etc.

When I try to use its File>Open command, it offers me file number one again and I can not get (zipped) file number 2 to show in its options going in from any angle.

When I try unzipping and opening file 2, I am faced with "Windows can not open this file etc"

Since the file extension is .7z you should give 7zip a go. It's free (as in 'free speech and free beer ;) ) and doen't nag you with 'register me' like WinRar does.

Thanks Achim, that got me the download for Efexx 1.5, but I don't have that installed.I have enough 'real'tracks on my computer without looking at the fantasy ones

I think that with the problems that I am having with frame rate I really shold not load any more add-ons anyway !
