Hi all,


I just made an "online test" for my track today, and all seems to be OK.

So , how can i add my track to the Gpl Track Database  and  on Gpl Rank ?

The track is here : http://gpltom.netii.net (section "Création Piste").



Edit : BETA Version (i'm still working on it)

Hi Tom!

tried to download your track and unzip it with Winrar but seem *.dat file is corrupt and cannot install track at all .

Hi Jhalli,
dat file or the archive ?
Sometime the download don't work fine (due to my website host)

Retry many times or try the megaupload link that i just add .

It worked fine for me, nice track, thanks. But I do not know how to get it into the Gpl Track Database and on Gpl Rank.

Like the track very much Skx , still to do the test with the AI .
One thing i would like to say about the replay , it has lot of view problems sometimes you even don't see the car or he is floting in the air and parts of the track are missing .
hoop you can fix this because racing the track is big fun .

Hi ToM !

Many thanks for this new fantasy track. I test it on my very old computer and it running nice.

I resize 21 mips to max. 256x256 for running on my PC. But no problem, i must do it only for my graphic-card.

I hope we can have some improvements (better tv-cams, BAPOM-covers, etc.).

AFAIK, you must release the track (final, beta, alpha state, anything you desire) and guys responsible for SRMZ, GPLTD and GPLRank would work in the right time to include in all those places your track.

but i noticed once when i spun my GT car 360 degrees it crashes to desktop.

You can contact either Dangermouse (Keith S-G), Bill Cooper or John Bradley (BAPOM) and they will add your track to the track database list.

The GT cars have a lot more poly's so it could be that the track crashes when you spin a GT car due to a poly overload. I'm not a track editor but read some stuff from Ginetto so from my untrained eye I'd say try a short drawdistance behind.
