Pribluda patch to make it run with the new opengl rasteriser is released, see the attachment below. It is very little tested, so consider it as a test version. Try at your own risk. It seems to run fine on my GPL install. Read the README, follow the instructions etc...If there are major problems, post here and I'll see what I can do. Developing Pribluda is not something I can do, so no need to report Pribluda bugs.

Here an upsidown characters:
http://www.luisbabbo.../UpsideDown.ttf
You must put it in C:\WINDOWS\Fonts
and in the PRIBLUDA.ini , change:
fontFace = Courier New in fontFace = upsidedown
Note: I found this solution to the problem with inverse characters in RSC, but RSC have web problems in this moment (our wish are that they can fix them soon).

But these are not too cute upsideown characters.  :(
If someone have other better, please say.

Thanks.

Edit: Im forgoted to say how it worked in my PC. :D
Well... so fantastic! I feel as I were bought a new more great computer.
Detailed Bias move now to 100%!!
Mónaco Rocks: starting last with 18 AI: 32FPS. After the start, 35FPS at least everywhere.
Montjuic: 28FPS at the start in the same conditions; later 36FPS  everywhere.
I have a XPSP2 in a AMDAthlon64, Dual Core 2.90GHz;
2GB RAM and ATI 4850

I have a nvidia and i only get 60hz, somehow i have to figure a way out to change that to higher hz.

Hi Jumi,

I've used nVidia for years now, and I used to have plenty of problems with various pieces of software selecting the wrong refresh rates for my monitor. For example, when Doom 3 came out, I was stuck with 60Hz like you are now. My solution is to install a utility called "RivaTuner" from Guru 3D. It can look quite complicated when you first install it and look at the control screen, but when you find the refresh rate control screen it's fairly straightforward. You simply select the resolution (or range of resolutions) that you want to control, and tell RivaTuner what refresh rate to use. It boots up with Windows and sits in your system tray at the bottom right, and every time the resolution changes, it sets the right refresh for you. Problem solved. I hope it helps.
P.S. I'm running version 2.10 at the moment, but it looks like there's a newer one on the website, version 2.22.

Works fine, thanks for that solutions. Its really a bit tricky to set up.
One has to select the range which refresh rates to override for example 1024x768 with bits of 8 to 32 and refresh rate from 60 to 120 set to 100.
I first made the mistake of setting not any ranges, so it didnt find the resolution to change.

Thanks for the positive comments everyone, nice to see its working well.

The reason there is not yet a Direct3D v2 version is that Pribluda uses the direct3d rasteriser in a more complicated way. It may be possible to get working, but requires some work from Nigel and as everyone knows, he has his hands full in all things GPL.

The new OpenGL rasteriser does have its fps problems for some (me included). I cannot say exactly what causes them, but found the most improvement by reducing antialiasing and not using z-buffer (select Basic Draw Method in GEM+ in the rasteriser menu, instead of Use ZBuffer). My card, GeForce 8800GS, should support z-buffering as far as I know, so its not very clear why selecting it causes an fps hit.

I think its best to have the latest drivers installed for your video card to take advanatge of what the new rasterizers can offer.

You can also try turning off dynamic lighting and specular highlights in the options and using less detail

I feel stupid for asking, but how do i do step 2 and 3 respectively? I am at a loss what "console" you are referring to.

Any step to step guide? I am sure it's dead easy, but atm i dont get it.

Thanks for the work anyway brr, now back to 60 FPS. :P

That's what i thought. How does it need to look like though?

"E:\GPL 2004\pribpatch.exe" pribluda.dll pribludav2.dll <-- not working
"E:\GPL 2004\pribpatch.exe pribluda.dll pribludav2.dll" <-- not working

what exactly do i need to type in there?

Are we talking about a DOS prompt here??
Is there no way you could have made it easier? :D :D

--> Update: NOW i do understand what that exe was supposed to do. Couldnt you have just told me that i need to rename the pribludev2.dll into pribluda.dll the exe created.

Duh.

Anyway, works now, thank you :D Sorry for causing trouble... ;)

Am I correct in saying that this should work with D3D V1 on an Nvidia card ?

I'm not seeing the difference. Sitting in the pits in a race at Monaco it's 22fps until I get away from the rest of the cars then I easily get 36, but I think I always did.
