We had some testing but it's still a beta. If you have features/questions please post them here. I will try to keep this opening post actual with the latest version.
What is needed if you want to create a track installation ?
The same files as before:
screenshot.bmp (not mandatory)
Inno Setup and ISTool. You can download them here as a QuickStart Pack: http://www.jrsoftware.org/isdl.php
Just download and start and confirm the defaults. This isn't mandatory. All files are included now and you can use the BuildTrack.cmd instead.
Next the latest GPLtrackinstaller.zip file from here. Download and unzip.
Place your trackfiles in the track subdirectory and make sure that you have a comlete install.ini in the track subdirectory.
Then you can use the BuildTrack.cmd
Alternative you can use the ISTool. Open trackinstaller.iss by a double-click. The ISTool should open. You only need to hit Ctrl + F9 and the track will be compiled and the finished exe file will be found in the subdirectory Output.
Feel free to use it

Version 1.13 released
Version 1.14 released
; Added a function call to check for GPL.exe to make sure that the rest is working ok.
; Added some additional checks and error messages for compiling
; Added the files needed to run without installing the whole Inno Setup. You can
; now use the BuildTrack.cmd under Windows 2000/XP/Vista for compiling
; Fixed a stupid german/english thing where I have named a key dialogtitel in the install.ini
; file where it should have been dialogTitle.
; Added a demo install.ini file to make usage a little bit easier.
; Hopefully corrected the readme dialogtitel = dialogtitle
; Changed the no GP and no season67 checkbox behavior
; When user selct no update to gp and season67 he will be warned but can proceed
; Adjusted readme.txt of the alternative track installer itself and this file to remove hints to get Inno Setup itself. It should run without any additional ; software installed
; Updated Inno files
; Flag entry in install.ini added
