spa98 update, ah good old spa not as good as the long track but still spa.

anyways this update is built on top of mark bevan's old update "Spa98_tiny_addon"
so thank mark for a big portion of the work where ever you are.  :clap2:

I didn't had any update for Spa98 so far.

Nice work reddog  :thumbup:  You have tackled many of the basic mips (asphalt, grass, dirt, conctete, edges, sand etc) that I didn't attempt to improve in my update.

I have added a link to your update from mine.

Personally, I prefer the armco & hay from my update (and maybe also the trees), but thats just horses for courses ;)

Sky wise, I would go with Seegert's most recent Spa sky here, rather than the Skies in either of our updates.   Haven't tried any of the other Spa fixes in the same thread as that sky here at Spa98, but they might well work ;)
