Wow, another honour to release another great track and this time by Ginetto. His tracks  just get better and better. Many thanks Ginetto, I must say you have excelled yourself.

Pacific Raceways  Kent WA  ver. 1.0
for GPLegends

Made by Ginetto.

Track Location:  Kent, Seattle area -WA- USA
Track Type : Race Track
Track Length : 3.225km.- 2.2528mi.
Track Num. Turns : 12
Track Year : 2003

Track Editor : Ginetto (3dos, trk, mips, cam, etc..)

Included there is a pdf file with the track notes provided by the -BMW CCA Puget Sound Region- to assist in learning to drive the real life track; it may help in GPL too.

Little history about the name:

The Fiorito family built Pacific Raceways in 1959, and held the first race there in 1960. In 1976, they leased the track to Seattle International Raceway for a 25 year period. On the expiration of lease the at the end of 2000, they resumed control and restored the original name.

--------------------------------------

Special thanks to :

My wife for giving me the input of build this Seattle little green hell.

the Neville brothers,
Richard -luna- for givin' lots of hints and suggestions on track and 3dos building
and Phil for making wonderfull textures without which you should be still waiting "years" for this release...

Greg Liebzeit for providing lots of info about the track and testing every single update always with the correct feedback and, last but not least, helping for the program cover and letting me share with you all his last work on the sport cars mod.

Sergio Loro for his support testing the betas and building the AI

The local experts Everett Devlieg, Greg Campbell, Dale B., and Roger Jackman for beta testing, lots of infos, pictures and a marvellous on video camera!

The GPL Repository for giving me the chance of having a private forum.

The SimRacing Mirror Zone for hosting the track.

--------------------------------------

Thanks to:

All the community for giving me the support for doing this!

All the guys that developed the tools for editing every GPL related thing!

The notorious Papyrus for giving me lots of fun!

God for making me finish this track and letting me write this right now!

--------------------------------------

Enjoy,

yours GINETTO

This is one that I've been looking forward to for a long, long time.  It looks and drives just great, Ginetto!  Thanks, amigo.

I recall reading reports from Kent as far back as 1963 when Lloyd Ruby won a premier sportscar race in a re-bodied Lotus 19.

Wow, just got round to trying this :)

Very nice drive isn't it?

Your best so far Ginetto.  Very efficient build, it looks stunning and yet will run perfectly even on my pathetic machine.
