These are the files umrk has modified/made to make the track truly international. The track was causing some people to have CTDs or not loading track. If you downloaded any previous version it is recommended you use these files (just copy them into your MACHWERK folder).

Just ran several laps.....

And all I can say is......

Oh my God!    

I never thought Schottenring, could be out done.........Until I ran a few laps on this masterpiece!

Fictional track or not. (who cares), this track, by far, gave me the feeling of actually going along some country roads, more than any other!  

You claimed to have used 4bit graphics.........Apparently you've done something perfect, and achieved an incredible look and feel of the surroundings, without the blocky pixeled effect.

SWEET!! Beautiful and no framerate issues even on my dinosaur PC

But my Voodoo3 had some issues with a few of the mips, so to help other Voodoo users enjoy this work of art, here's a Voodoo fix:

Just unzip all files into your GPL\Tracks\MACHWERK directory

I'd agree with Machwerk being a texture masterpiece,another top 5 track IMO. Unfortunately it didn't run like one on my older computer with only the voodoo fix,but it does now. The 2nd zip replaces 3 original papyrus mips.

What was this sound update ?



The only sound file I remember related to Machwerk was a special sound for the Cooper T77 as attached.
Dunno who made this one , no readme included.
