GPL 1955's AI cars use too much steering lock in the turns, giving the impression they are constantly understeering. They do this in fast turns and slow turns alike.
This mod remaps the AI's steering ratio to reduce this effect (see below)

It does not affect AI or player physics and is safe to be used online with players who do not have the patch.

Thank you.

If it is possible, I would suggest to rename the XML file with the patch, i.e.:  91 UndersteeringAI_Fix.xml, AND, more important, to save it into the X:\Sierra\GPL\Mods\GEM+\gpl55\Options folder. This way end users can set the patch ON or OFF at will, depending on the track it can be used without problems.

In fact, it is a convention that any patch made to an already released mod, specially those that can be turned ON/OFF, should be saved into the \Options folder. In fact, all patches in BETA stage, which is not the case, should be saved at that folder too.

This will help end users to avoid dealing with deleting files at main mod´s folders in case they don´t want the patch to be active.

I will do this for future patches. For now, the people who decided they don't want it can just delete the file 91A.xml.

You just need to edit the first post, redo the readme.txt and upload a new zip file :)

I could, but I designed the patch this way on purpose, rather than by not knowing convention. If you are interested I will explain via PM later.
