Hi all,

When using the clutch pedal of my G25 to get moving, the smallest lift of the pedal fully engaged the clutch and the car bogs down.  Is there a way to get a longer travel on the clutch pedal?

Thanks.

You could try to adjust your clutch settings in Logitech Profiler. Click on Clutch, and then on (axis)properties. There you can adjust sensitivity, dead zone and range.

I still can't get it to work.  Every race I just get swamped off the line.  What techniques do other people use?

Select the required rpm, bang it in first when the flag drops.

Not realistic I know but neither is the GPL clutch.

did you set the clutch in GPL controllers?   i think the clutch is on page 2..... then go back to assigned 'keys' and click on clutch, while depressing the peddle

true i use a button on the wheel as clutch its on-off thats it , but if the engine is at the right regime a litle below the red line ,it goes well on the start , i always felt that the a third pedal for the clutch so as the gearshift is a pointless gadget with no real feel anyway

Also, calibrate your clutch pedal, just like brake/throttle. You don't see the values as with brake/throttle, but still this might be worth trying if you hadn't...

like Paul said

start in neutral give it plenty of revs when the flag drops slam it into first away you go

or something else to consider is if your first gear is set to tall you will also bog down at the start

I would take DXtweak2 and set my clutch progression.
