Very interesting, many thanks for sharing.

In around 20 years we moved from a bare 3D graphics to spectacular DirectX12 ultrareal effects, with laserscanned tracks; now a medium GPU has the power of a big room fulfilled with high-end computers from that era.

But thanks to God GPL is still here, at the sim's top, over the mountains.

It's not very surprising Tato... 95% of humanity is held hostage via Internet and the supposed technological progress which makes $$$...

I just see the most biggest junkie reunion of all the time, and as good junkies, totally blind, deaf and convinced to be the best of them all...

but maybe I’m exaggerating a little bit... -_-

I have the same feeling, and totally agree. I fear that Enviroenment pollution, global warming and bad personal relationships - despite all those damned "social" things - are just the iceberg's tip: but they confirm we are not exaggerating...

But we all, in a way or another, are junkies to the system of "produce and use this today, throw away and purchase another tomorrow"... :idunno:

For the moment, we're effectively all hostage of this monstrosity.
I suppose that we need a beautiful global stock market crash to perhaps try to do the good first step realized in Iceland...

When I listen Dave Kaemmer lost in his "baby" dream to always create something nearer of the "reality", I'm getting pessimistic...
When I think to all the people involved in the Tchernobyl drama, I'm getting optimistic.
