My new computer has windows 7  and I cannot get winmip to run without msvbvm50.dll.  I have downloaded this .dll but do not know where to put it to get winmip 2 to run.

If it's in the same folder as Winmip2 it should work, I think there's a way of installing it into Windows somehow but I've never figured it out.

Thanks again Ginetto. I can now use winmip om\n my new computer.

Next question is???     My red Momo force which is still a great wheel will not center and I canot find the tweek that centers it. Also my throttle and break will not separate like they did in windows xp. I had a program that i thought leveled out the wheel and allowed for a separate brake and throttle axis.

Many thanks, I think I was putting it in system32 as recommended by Microsoft and wondering why it wasn't working. I guess their help file was written before 64 bit windows

Great. THANKS. I now have both buttons lit up and have separate brake and throttle response.  Also I now have way more wheel feedback than I had. I also still have the slanted to the right steering wheel. Can you help with the solutions and I will be all set.   Thanks again.

Edit,    I have the force feedback corrected but my wheel is still tilted way to the right. I know there is a program to correct this bot i cannot find it.

regards
Pawgy

Had that happen and can't remember what fixes it. Sorry.
Guessing several attempts have been made to calibrate wheel in GPL Options?

Maybe...in GPL wheel configuration menu, where controller axis are assigned, the steering wheel is set by turning wheel to the left only?

What happens in Win Game Controllers when calibrating there?

Somebody must have a copy of the centering fix for the old red Momo.   I sure would like to have it.
