Learning new languages is fun :) So what about a dictionary with useful 'GPL words and expressions'? :)

Weekly already has Dutch, Italian, Spanish, French and Hungarian additions. As Google translate is far from perfection, please write these lines in your native language. You can add more if you'd like. Thanks!

Maybe it's specific to a region in the Netherlands but I had never heard someone use 'peut' before. :P

It's usually 'brandstof' or 'benzine'.

And then, of course, there is the universal...

"YOU !@#$%^&*()_+" which requires no translation and one that I occasionally shriek at my fellows competitors.  :)

Reminds me of a mod often requested in the early days of GPL - the addition of an extended middle finger to the raised arm.

Hehe I just love easter eggs :D

When we did the '66 Can-Am mod I was thinking to add something funny to the phrase 'The server will leave the track in one minute' that you get after you finish An online race, but unfortunately I never got around to doing that. For the '66 F1 mod I did something smaller, some Cooper T81's have a sticker haphazardly put on as the starting number when racing online, you can take a look inside the coventry.dat to see what I mean. We also secretly included Elvis in the '66 Can-Am's in the golden McLaren he raced in the movie 'Spin Out'. And the '67 F2 Matra's have a globe and the word 'You' instead of the driver name on the online cars. I might have included more things in other mods but I forgot :P

The Monza10K track for the '66 F1 mod is a tribute to the Grand Prix movie and includes drivers Sarti, Aaron, and Stoddard in their correct liveries.

Also, the '71 CanAm mod includes Delaney, Capua, and Aaron from LeMans, Winning, and Grand Prix.

I got to use my words from post #6 in an online race today.  I'm sure it wouldn't phase the culprit one tiny bit from mending his ways but at least, it had me blow off some steam.

Ah yes, I textured their faces :) . I had a lot of trouble getting Pete Arons face right because James Garner had such a big chin :D
