Can anyone help me with this?

Selecting this patch (78L AI Speed Control v2.xml) always throws an error when loading via GEM. I have added the xml file to the Options folder of GEM. Should I put a copy anywhere else.

The error occurs loading the 67 Historical Mod  - I have a separate GPL installation with the Historical mod applied. All the other mods are in another GPL installation and I noticed in the GEM+ Mods gpl55 folder of this installation there is a file called 78L.xml. My Historical mod does not have this file. Is this significant?

Hi

I had the same issue recently. I think you have to rebuild the 67c exe in gem, as well, after installing the xmls.

Also I found that, including the tyre bug XML, along with the AI speed control xml, that seemed to solve my issue. Not sure if the latter was coincidence though.

I can't find a Tyre patch but I can find people talking about it. :)

Any suggestions?

Thanks

When I attempt to get GEM+ to rebuild the exes I get this which I presume is the 67c exe suggested:-

Attached File  GEM_Rebuild.PNG   312.46K   21 downloads

On saving I get an error 16 times:-

Attached File  GEM_Rebuild_Error.PNG   90.3K   21 downloads

When GEM closes it generates this output in the GPLPatchLog file:-

Attached File  GEM_Rebuild_Log.PNG   16.26K   18 downloads

I'm not sure what else to try other than the Tyre patch if I could find it :)

Not too sure about your errors. I'm sure someone will come along to assist.

Cheers.

I applied the Tyre patch then closed GEM so that it updated. Then I applied the AI patch and it seems it is not a coincidence! My errors are no more. I can only presume the patch has worked.
