Hi everyone,

I have GPL installed on a laptop as well as my main PC. Both installations are using exactly the same gpla65.ini and driv65.ini file (I copied between them) but I get different behaviour - on the laptop the AI run about 1 second a lap slower, and they have 5 to 6 times more retirements.

Does anyone know if there are any other files that could affect AI speed and reliability, please?

Thanks

I forgot to say, using the same track65.ini too.

Jonny, how about the track(xx).ini between both PCs ?

Check that there is not a track-specific driv65.ini in the track folders?
Is the AI speed setting the same in GEM+ on both PCs?

Maybe npt_override value set to 0?

Both copies of gpla65.ini have npt_override set to 1.

Are you running them both in the same length race? It affects speed.

Hi Pete. Yes, both on Pro Long with the same number of laps. I didn't know it affected the AI speed though, that's a good thing to learn.
