I know you're kidding.
I've got a 72 fps patch which works great for the player, but the AI are still junk. I spent days trying to fix the AI, or at least improve them, with no luck. I don't think it possible to ever fix them. As BRR pointed out with his 60 fps patch, there are just too many places in the AI code where 36 fps is hardcoded.
BTW, 72 fps isn't noticeably different from 60 fps and since BRR has already made some AI fixes for 60 fps, there is no point in releasing the 72 fps patch. It was just a test to see if it were possible.
