Particularly the 911 S

Quick question: Will any of the GT-class cars be included in the Sportscars mod? Particularly the 911 S

Nope just the '64 904 (still wip) and '67 910 Porsches are done.

They all look fantastic ! Who is working on all these mods?

The usual suspects.  :band:

Lee

I'm afraid I've been away too long from GPL to know how many of the usual suspects I knew of 5 years ago are still active...

Whoever they are  :clap2:   :clap2:

As I can`t edit my first posts anymore I create a new post (Now I uploaded/ attached the screenshots to SRMZ and not to a free host service ;) ).

Most of the screenshots are also included in the first issue of http://www.sim-magazine.de/ ;)

Note: The Stratos mod has been released recently: http://srmz.net/inde...topic=5624&st=0

Thanks Stefan.  I've been enjoying spinning the Stratos everywhere since its release (I actually remember the single car release on RSC years ago).

What's the status of the other mods?  I'll offer my assistance, but I know nothing of 3d modeling or of programming.

I have a video clip somewhere about the Auto Union taken from German tv.  It starts with the mechanics assembling the car.  There is a sequence where they run the engine on a dyno.  Then they take it to a revival and drive the thing!  It sounds big, it sounds bad, and it sounds smooooth.

Same traction control as GPL - right foot and both hands,- but watch videos of Rosemeyer and he adopts similar attitudes

I'm apprehensive about MY results when the 1937 mod comes out

Mr. Photog here, creator of the original (shelved) Caterham models.

Haven't checked in on GPL in a while and today was looking at dusting off my Caterhams and trying to fix them... interested to see that there are a new generation of Caterhams in the works.

(The recent thread on GPL Future Releases linked over to this older thread with Caterham pictures, so I'm posting here.)

The new models look good!  Any news on them?

Thanks and best of luck

M.P.

If you are interested in rejoining us Matt, and helping to get them released you would be very welcome. Drop me a PM here or at GPL Repository and I'll get access to the private forum sorted out for you.

Hope all is well,

Rob
