Make a backup of your GPLSecrets folder (just copy it for example to your desktop).
Install GPLSecrets to the same directory of your current installation and let it overwrite everything. Then copy your backuped GPLSecrets folder to your new installation and let it overwrite.
Then you have the igor.exe back.
Exlude the iGOR.exe in your anti virus software and maybe also GEMP2.exe.

I usually right click on AV icon on bottom taskbar. There should be an option there to pause or disable your AV.
Then go to Kaspersky console and exclusions, to exclude Igor exe.

I also use Kaspersky and I also had to pause it to be able to exclude the exes.
