The physics aren't good. For example the car weighs almost 1000 kgs...  :duh:

I guess thats why its a beta. I am very impressed with the art work and modeling. And I like how the car I was just in, felt racing.

Two sets of physics, which did you install?

I also like that sound track, very cool! I'm happy I installed it.

hey akseli,

do you mean the physics feel off or is it just the values on the selection screen that are off?
but then again, a black and gold jp lotus, seriously do i need to say more? :D that alone has sold me this mod. at least to try it once

The default one. It's the "Historic" version. I know someone is working on physics already, to fix weigh etc... some cars have 6 gears instead of 5 also. Like you said, it's still a beta version, but very promising imo :)

:read:  :)
"Other major revisions I'm going to work on are Mass (1975 F1 cars weighed in around 580 Kilos, this mod has them at 977 Kilos) and Engine files. The Ford DFV of the time pumped out around 460 HP, while this mod has the engines at 694 HP"

Actually our league (Trellet.net) made some physics for 75 cars back in 2007/2008 or so. I am pretty happy with them (allows a little bit too big slides), PM me if you wanna try em, Remy.

Version 1 with own physics for all the cars. It looks like they got transparent windshields too!

The links for 1975 ipe says the file has been removed.  Anyone have a working link for this?  I looked at Rfactor central and it didn't have anything for this.  I tried Remy's and Akseli's links, but a no go.  Thanks in advance if some has this.
