Hi guys, a (little) problem for me
I re-installed Nascar 2003 in new PC with Win7 and I have this problem
The FOV is fixed always as default, on 65 value
I tried changed in .ini file also with no solved

If I change value in game option, the value that compare in the .ini file it's correct, but when I return in the cockpit the view it's always fixed at 65, too close to the steering wheel and nothing change

That game isn't friendly in that regard. You need something called CamHack. Copying from my post at NoGripRacing:

Download:
https://docs.google....WGV0OVVTS1Z0LVk

Website for Instructions:
http://z13.invisionf...gns/ar/t227.htm

Alternate link including the write-up from website and dx8vb.dll:
https://mega.nz/#!Qx...a2CoIYcCwT8I1jQ

Guide: from the 3rd link above
Installing Camhack
******************
- If you try the program out and get an error you need the fixed dx8vb.dll file installed on your pc on "C:\Windows\SysWOW64"
- Open Command Prompt (search for CMD) and run as Administrator
- It will open as C:\Windows\System32
- Type the below:
regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\dx8vb.dll

Setting up Camhack for the first time
**************************************************
- When you boot up camhack for the first time you are greeted with a little menu. Click on the big Control settings button.
- In here is where you set up all your keys. Most are self explanatory:
  • The Enable and Disable key enable and disable the camhack tool to function when in NR2003
  • The Forward, Back, Right, Left, Up and Down options allow you to move the camera Forward, Back, Right, Left, Up and Down.
  • Reset view reset back to the original camera view (like Camhack was never turned on)
  • Change preset is used to swap between your custom 1-9 key presets
  • Toggle Mouse modifier allows you to move the camera view with the mouse
  • Increase and decrease Aspect Ratio will change your aspect ratio
  • Default FOV and Aspect Ratio reverts back to normal settings so if you mess up you can just press that key.
- Keep in mind if you map a key to something NR2003 uses then camhack and NR2003 will use them at the same time (which is not good).
- After you have it all set up make sure to press that big save & Close button or else your settings will not be saved.

Using Camhack for the first time
********************************************
- Make sure camhack tool is running in the background before you start up NR2003.
- Once in NR2003 go into any game mode.
- Enable the camhack tool by pressing the key you mapped to enable it, then *
- Next adjust the camera as you wish, via mouse or by buttons.
- Save the camera as a preset. To do this simply hold the CTRL key down and press '1' (CTRL +1). This camera angle has now been saved into camhack.
- Test by pressing the key you use to reset views. Now press the 1 key on your keyboard. See what happened? You just loaded a saved preset and that's it!

Thanks Gui.
is this usable in the normal cockpit view? I have a 32" monitor and i want to use 90° FOV like i do in GPL.
