I just installed GEM with setup manager. The settings in SUM do not match my game setup. Which one takes precedence?

In GEM "configure", what is "Disable Intel Speedstep"?

What is "GEM+ Debug Mode"?

Hi, for the second question, when you open GEM+, there's a Help button in the top-middle, click it will open a help document for you, you can find most if not all the descriptions for GEM+. In this case, the answers for your second question is in help document: Content > GEM+ > Main Help > Buttons > Configure > GEM+ Configure. Use the search tab to find other info as well.

Though no idea about first question since I've never used setup manager.

From the GEM screen, you need to select the setup you want to use on the car using the drop-down box halfway down the screen on the left. Once you've selected your setup, you can then click on the "Edit" button to the right of the drop-down box, and Setup Manager should start up and load the setup file so you can see the individual settings.

If you start Setup Manager manually, it doesn't load any setup file when it starts - it simply shows a default setup. You need to use the "File / Open..." menu option to load the setup that you want to edit.

If you have an older or smaller intel CPU you should check "Disable Intel Speedstep" as it will disable the powersaving mode for the CPU.

(forget the debug mode wich was for the maker of GEM+ to find mistakes)

I also have a question after returning from a few years. In the game setup screen I can only see metric units. Is there an option to switch to 'english'.

Ignore me. I found it! Derp.
