Fiorano was really your first try to create a track?!
...
Yes, my first ever. :)
I did it because, with my surprise, nobody did it before me and because it had a crossing layout  and I wanted to see if it would be possible to do it; found out was possible :P

in this link.....
http://wiki.grandpri...rs_Guide_Part_5
is ..."Ok, now let's do a fair bit of cheating. Do the following: Copy mytrack.set, mytrack.grv, mytrack.fb from the attached files, and drop them in your /mytrack dir, overwriting your old files. To understand these files we're leeching, you'll need to read up trk23dow! "

I do not understand this paragraph of "track creating", I have to get new files to replace my files, where do I have to get them?

I think those files were available from the original track editing website, from which the Wiki pages were copied. At the beginning of the tutorial, you were asked to create "dummy" .set .grv and .fb files, but the downloaded ones had real data in them so you could compile and run your new track. I've had a look on my hard drive, and I think I've found the files you need. It's a long time ago, but I don't remember creating the data in these files, so I think that they're the downloaded ones. Try unzipping them and using them in your track directory as directed on the Wiki page, and hopefully you should be able to try out your track. :crossfingers:

Jonny :)

For your 1 Km track, what you need is this FB file (1 value every 39.014 meters).
Is better if you don't use the one posted by Saiph since it has values bigger than the total length of your track and also has so many entries that you could have some issues.

Also, use the other 2 files in here since the SET is better than the previous one.
The GRV file is just an empty file, you can create a GRV file by saving a replay of a whole lap, open it in GPL Replay Analyzer and using Tools>Track Creating Tools>Export Lap To Groove
