The first one seems to me a 312 from 1966 but I can be wrong. The second one resembles a 312 Boxer, but still, I can be wrong. Anyway, the third one is the only one that is for sure a '67 312 (Monaco, Bandini?) and that you can find on the internet.
Michel is the only one that can help you, I think, since he has a lot of material.

A good work based on historical reference for the 312 is something needed :) Send a PM to Chris (Silence), from what Thomas (Laechele) told me, he was working on a new cockpit for the Ferrari.

Color pics of those Ferrari 312 36 valves dashboards are the hardest to find of all the 67 F1s !! There is none on the Joe Honda very detailed photography book focused on the Ferrari 67. there are some where cockpit view is cut, or barely seen.
Ferrari 67 annual, a sought after rarity ? .. None !!

only one I have  in color is at the Nurburgring . And not really what we cld hope for .

Your third shot is at Monaco. Bandini cockpit with the aluminum spokes, that he used for his two 67 races.

is there room for dashboard improvement ? if you find some, thank you a lot , Hagapito

iIf someone cld find others color detailed shots, help will be much appreciated.

For Parkes, there is Zandvoort 67, one of the oldest pic uploaded when the web was still on its infancy.

Was originally published in a 1967 issue of a monthly french mag, Virage Auto.

By the way...the thing is...i think that the Ferrari Rock´s an Leon works on the cockpits are great...i love it and i use it...also the "no tell tale" Tvo tutorial and the Silence RPM needle...but the more close to real historic cockpit are the original GPLA. And there is the gap...the GPLA cockpits are more accurate (IMO based on pictures) but not good enough to me.

In genral terms i been find this:
-The interior leather covers used on the 67 are black.
-The leather (?) on the dashboard are glued to the metal...have no seam (see picture bellow)
-Veglia RPM scale is from 2000 to 12000
-No red Tell Tale
-No allen screws are used
-Bolts on the windshield (36v) are black (see picture bellow)
-On the V36 the mirrors anchorage (sorry i cant find the right word :harumph: ) are visible from inside (see picture bellow)
-and for shure many others...but a good starting point!

Diego.

Diego, not necessarily true your conclusion on the RPM limit to 12000. Here is a screen from the Bugatti movie at http://www.dailymoti...gatti-1967_news showing the RPM teller up to 14000.

The only other additional pictures I have,  are of the 48v at Monza. They let me concluded, when I prepared the historical carset, that the 48v still had a steering wheels with holes on the spokes and the interior is very likely still black.

Also in Grand Prix Movie there are a couple of brief shots inside the Ferrari (real one, you know the movie uses also some fake ones) and the rpm gauge goes from 4 to 14k, so that is most likely correct. It seems that (just assumptions made from deductions over this year) in 1968 the interior got red and the shifter became dark brown instead of silver metal. This trend then continued in 69 and later with almost all the boxers from 1970 to 1979.

In 1967 it should be black interior and silver coloured shifter. About the steering wheel, as Gianfranco said, it should still have holes.
Anyway, also pictures of the Dino F2  -BUT-  only if they are from 67 could help. The pictures from 68 and 69 seem infact to confirm mostly my assumptions. It would be interesting to see even of that car some 67 pictures, as the cockpit was very similar to the 312 one, I think.

All 67 cars got their cockpit re-done except for BRM and Ferrari (even McLaren had it!!), maybe it's time to do something about it :P :D (jokin')

Here is a shot from 1968 (should be Rouen). Interior leather seems black (?)

Good finding, Leon. It made me curious. I think in 1968, seat could have been both black or red (mostly Ickx). Nevertheless, still not yet the typical red and black fabric used later on, I would say from 1970.

Mm your picture in colors from Rouen show the same cars which are in mine but the fabric seems red in both. Mmm

Ferrari cockpits are a puzzle. Look for example the 312B from 1970 to 1972. I have seen lots of pictures of the cockpit of the car and seen at least half a dozen of different steering wheel layouts! And the gear lever both in brown and silver.

NEWS I spoke with my father, because this conversation made me remember that in december 1967 he had the chance to see a Ferrari 312 F1 48v, so he saw the car from the year we need! He told me that the interior was in red fabric, the shift was dark brown and the steering wheel black with holes. Now, he remembers also that it was a car without number, so it could have been one produced but never raced?
Anyway I think this sheds new light on the subject. Sometimes fathers prove themselves useful :D (again joking)

Thnks for that info LEON but remember...
this thread is about 1967 cars only...my mistake if a I published a wrong year picture in the first post!!!

My original intencion was made an alternative to the GPLA cockpits used in the great Historical mod by G.Spinning.

Thanks anyway and i don´t want to offend anybodys knowledge

Hagapito that part you quoted is, matter of fact, about '67 Ferrari.. My father saw one in december 1967, so.. The info my father shared are actually useful for your work, tells that already in '67 red fabric was used (which you say was unrealistic) and dark brown shifter, together with a black steering wheel with holes as Gianfranco said.

With those info, you can build already a cockpit already for '67 48v. For 36v you can use Bandini's picture.

Remi... :thankyou:  for your kindness...that picture from Spa is GORGEOUS!!!

Like the Big Lebowski say  https://www.youtube....h?v=XKVmpJaMffM

No...i'm just kidding...but, yes new things has come to light, at least for me!...like the fact that i don´t see any pictures showing a combined oil pressure/temp gauge ...i was wandering if can be chaged in the game by the real one :Meter:  with only oil pressure on the left...
Also the water temp gauge have a white arm, maybe a temp. tell tale...
