Here's an interesting problem. Having tired of trying to get Logitech controllers to work properly in Win 7
I have reverted to my fairly rapid XP pro SP3 machine, which has a 3.4GHz hyperthreading twin core Pentium and 4Gb RAM and a 1Tb SATA hd.I have both force wheel and joystick installed and working as they should.
This machine has a Geforce 6200 card which is pretty good and generates 36 fps.
Scenario is: Nurburgring /Training/Grand Prix/no damage/Ferrari.
Goes great until on the downhill run approaching the Adenauer Forst going quite quickly the screen goes black.
A microsoft error box comes up.
Accessing the data re the error is convoluted, but I have attached it in a file.
This has occurred twice at the same place, but I have not experienced it in the Lotus 49 so far.
I am going to repair XP and reload SP3, but I thought I'd run it past you guys to see if there is any logic behind these events which have been logged.
The contents of these files will mean something to some of you guys.
Any suggestions ( apart from unprintable ones)?

The error seems to come from the rd3d7v2.dll rasterizer, try the openGLV2.

In XP maybe DX is corrupt , so install the "DX9 0610" patch from MS https://www.microsof...on.aspx?id=8109

Thanks for that Chris Amon Fan. I'll try the DX9 patch before I repair XP.

I found a new glitch. In Options the mirror detail boxes are greyed out all bar one. How did that happen?

Regards
