Public servers seem crowded -which is fantastic- but it also seems that there is some general discontent with the mix of cars on those.
These are early days so most servers are leaving all cars available to choose, which is understandable (and works good in theory).

In practice, the problem with a "full car list" is that most end up selecting the fastest cars (the "big" 1970s ones, like the Capri 3100, CSL 24v and 911 3.0), to insatisfaction of those willing to go race with a slower car, more so if it's a 60's one.

If you're hosting a dedicated P&G v3 server, and looking for a more balanced grid, cycle through the classes (FIA Groups) so that you can choose specific cars for selection.

We have also included some mixed group classes for that purpose:
  • If you want to host specific 1970s cars, then on the "Power&Glory 70's", you have all the 1970 cars available, to be selected or deselected on the car list, as you wish.
  • If you want to host specific 1960s cars, then on the "Power&Glory 60's Challenge 'X'" (there's four different challenge classes available), you have 1960s cars that are grouped by similar performances, to be selected or deselected on the car list, as you wish.

Same can be done just as well for those opening a session through the game's Online Lobby:
