Use the v2 rasterizers. There is no reason not to use the v1 versions. OGLv2 or D3D7v2 shouldn't matter as long as its v2.

yep.. using V2.... sorry, i didn't make that clear :P  but D3d makes a huge difference in frame rate (much lower) i can only use OGLv2  with w10

me?  no :(   not that i haven't tried about everything suggester. the only thing i've not tried is a new install of GPL/then 69x (and/or the SportsCars)
i did have another thing i want to try, and that is watch for someone to host using either of those mods and see if joining a server via iGor would work, or crash to desktop.
