When you have a good video with sounds you can download them from YouTube and save them as MP3.
This is a nice freeware to do so (I use it myself):
ClipGrab - Free YouTube Downloader & Converter

Then you can convert it from .mp3 to .wav, for example here (or with other Software, there are many around):
