The only way it makes sense is if Papyrus guys decided "linearity" refers to the range of adjustment, which it would have been nice of them to explain in greater detail.

Effectively you have two STATES expressed on one slider.

A Linear state, zero (farthest left on the slider)
A Non-Linear state, everything after zero heading to the direction of the right of the slider, with a range of values from 1-100

Yes, Papy could have explained it a lot better for everyone, myself included. I drove with the slider at the mid range default value and was very slow for a long time as a result, as the response to turn into corners was so poor!

It's a random graph from the internet, but yes. Only representative of the original GPL.
