Here's a file, to allow you to save F2 replays in a separate folder.  I believe it was originally posted, at the old RSC site.  My thanks to the author, who's name is missing from this useful tool.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Attached File  F2 replay_dir.zip   652bytes   185 downloads

Other replay folders can be found here  :  http://srmz.net/inde...?showtopic=6047

Nice little tool to have but how do you revert to default replay directory?
I have deleted F2 - replay dir.xml from GEM+/options & the option no longer appears in GEM but it still saves replays to replf2.

cheers

With the replf2.xml removed, or unticked, delete your gplcf2.exe from the main folder, and let GEM+ rebuild it again.

Instead of delete, an alternative would be to move the modified gplcf2.exe, into the replf2 folder until further use, so you don't try using one, without the other later! :duh:

I just cant get it to work
Does it make a difference putting the file on the GEM gplsecrets, or GEM in the mods Grand Prix Legends subfolder?
Ive tried replf2 and replF2 folders and didnt work.
Any tips? :(

I'm slow to notice this inquiry.  The replF2.xml must go in the GEM+ program folder/options.  It does not belong in the GPL/Mods folder.   It will then appear in the lower right GEM+ window, along with a 'Patch Carset for Carsound', and any other available patches for use.  Tick the box, and rebuild.  Hope everyone else has had success - I use these.

Has anyone produced a similar patch for the Can-Am Mod?  Is there a replCA waiting to be posted?

Thanx for posting Maddog.

Maybe it corrupted during the download, I shall try again.
