I'm sorry this is so much of a pain, I had not changed any functions since downloading from atd some time ago.

Has your antivirus/firewall software been updated recently? Can you disable it very briefly, try downloading and see if there is still a problem there?
My firewall & antivirus are updated everyday on startup but for some reason the site exception for atd had been changed on my firewall.
Should have looked at that area straight and saved all this trouble
