Hi,Guys

I am having trouble installing the above tracks. When I try to install the Daytona track,I get a message saying that the track ini file is missing. The Nassau track has 2 files that will not install. Any help would be greatly appreciated. These are two of the best tracks in GPL. My computer is running Windows 7.

Happy New Year and thank you

I did check the track installers on my computer and they both work fine.

These are the INI files for Daytona 24H
About Nassau, can you post what are the files missing? I will post the files eventually for you to DL.

The Nassau files are two archives (extensions 001 and 002), which have to be combined into one (extension 7z). Then this single file has to be extracted into executable installation package. Download and use 7zip for that. Actually, use it for extracting anything - I wouldn't be surprised if Your Daytona installation archive didn't extract properly, causing some "missing files" issues.

You don't need to combine the 2 files together in one 7Z.
7Zip multiple file extension has this way of naming and ordering the various files.
With 7Zip you open the [filename].7z.001 file and you can see what's inside all the archive files.
If you extract them, the program automatically extract everything from it and the 7z.002, 7z. 003, 7z.004 and so on. :)

As a rule though, as Art-J said, just use the free program 7Zip

HGuys,

Thank you very much for yor help with these tracks. I downloaded Win Zip and 7 Zip. This fixed the problems by letting me open the files.

   Thanks again
