Could use some help. I just bought new computer and of course problems came along. Can't make Gpl run in it, the only thing that happens in launch is that cursor goes to the top left corner of the windows screen and stays there. Tried the all in one patch and easy installer but no go. If anyone has ideas how to proceed i would appreciate, thanks

Hello vilpee.

Welcome to SRMZ. :)

- Does this happen with the original 67 cars or with a mod (in case you have one installed)?
- Do you have the latest drivers installed for your Nvidia GTX 960?
- Have you tried to set the rasteriser in GEM+ to Direct 3D v2 instead of Open GL v2 (is the default setting when you have used the all-in-one installer)?

Thanks for the reply. GEM says no players found so i can't use it before i make a player. I have played only 67 for over a decade. Original gpl.exe won't run, neither gplc67. Tried all possible windows compatibility modes to no avail. Updated windows, nvidia driver is 369.09.

You used the 1.07 or 1.08 installer?

Hard to figure that one. Lots of us use Win 10 with no problems.

Can't create a driver because the only result when i double click gpl.exe is white cursor in the top left corner, system also halts to that state.

Hi Vilpee and welcome :D

I am not saying don't update your graphics card, but I remember some old threads on here with updating their card and GPL issues.Plus it as happened to me too,but it was with my Radeon card and not Nvidia?

Hope you can sort it and sorry I can't help more. But here are some threads you may like to look into,to give you a clue. One is Bob's gpl troubleshoot guide.

If you have the old GPL complete folder of your previous PC, copy the complete folder to the new PC and use GEM+ to start it.

Which brings up another point. Make sure you have all the latest updates for Win 10.

Tried everything i could think of, took all the options off from nvidia control panel but no go. For some reason it won't even install in windows registry.

Did you try installing/starting it as administrator?
