Here is a link to Ted's notebook(day 2 testing) and his interview with Ross Brawn on the future of F1. Even some talk of a return to non-championship races (23 mins and 20 secs into interview)

Also an interesting interview with Adrian Newey on the new aero and the return of the 'Shark Fin' body part, behind the drivers airbox ( 9 min 49 secs of link) day 1 testing.

Y250 Vortex refers to the vortex created by the winglets under the nose. Y250 being the offset from the car centerline. These vortices are used to seal the floor against the surrounding air or guide air around the car.
