Not sure whether you have all seen this before guys and gals ?

Some old GP film from yesteryear. I couldn't get any play on Chrome browser, so had to use IE browser. Not sure about other browsers ? Also had to install Microsoft Silverlight to help playback. I just put formula one in search box. You can change years if you want.

Most movies are brief and not too long. You can also link through Youtube for Movietone but you have to search deeply for GP races. Also some 55 stuff too.

PS: Not sure how peeps will go on with the link.It goes straight to search and sometimes doesn't bring up the GP list. For some reason a join Movie tone page ? Persevere and see how you go.  And you could put different search criteria in search box.

Just got movies to play on chrome with IE Tab from chrome web store. But as always install at your own risk !

TP,
What an enjoyable archive to page through and play.

At the Nurburgring Merc W25: http://www.movietone...BMN_6739C_3.wmv
I assume we're hearing blower whine and transmission noise as well. Fantastic sound! :punk:

Cool vids, Thanks.

note: after searching, hit radio button (play clip) with a pop-up option to save to desktop.
ie. I didn't have to register. ;)
