Wow. What a fun mod. Everything you'd expect...heavy, loud, knarly, slippery and hard. Immediately took out the Shadow at Mosport and fiddled with a setup and finally got a low 1:17. The mod itself was very easy to install. Followed the instructions and runs as flawless as can be expected with GPL. Running on Win 8.1 as well. Runs pretty solid frame rates (60fps) at Mosport and my computer is noting fancy. Read the manual where it was heavy on frame-rates but did not experience many drops.

Thanks for all who contributed countless hours to create this masterpiece. Looks like I have my work cut-out to achieve a negative rank here.

As a skin maybe, not as its own physics model though

Sorry for going off topic, but regarding the BRM... Both the 465ci & 496ci versions are available for GTR2 as part of the "Absolute Can Am" mod over at Evo Modding. I also have a GTL conversion I did for my own use.

Hi guys.

I've seen the readme but I was wondering if the mod :

. need Watkins Glen and Road Atlanta to be installed and so we have to install Watkins Glen'71 and Road Atlanta'71 (instead of these two previous tracks) after the mod installation.  

OR

.can be installed directly with Watkins Glen'71 and Road Atlanta'71.

None of the tracks HAVE to be installed, but tracks will get added files for the CA71 mod.


If you don't first install those tracks, a folder under sierra\gpl\tracks will be created making it look like you have the track, but it will only contain the update files.
