To clarify, I was testing with the new 67 Historic car sets.... I'm pretty sure my standard 67 installation works fine with most, if not all of the cars.

Lee has just posted an updated CCM plugin that now works with all cars and all mods, I'm wondering if the original CCM plugin was suffering from the same issue that's stopping GPLShift moving the cockpit camera? Not sure if that's something he could fix, might be worth asking?

Did you apply the shift patch on gpl.exe or the gplc67.exe?
And did you remove the old gplc67.exe before building a new one?
And is GEM allowed access, there's not any program running that blocks GEM in any way?

Issue occurs for me with the default 67. I haven't tried gplshift on the 67 Historic cars yet.

Testing your idea....I removed all the gpl***.exe files, next I applied the patch to gpl.exe and then let GEM rebuild the executables, then launched the default 67 cars through GEM and just as before, the seat could not be adjusted for any except the Eagle. Then I exited back to GEM, launched the 65cars through GEM and I presume nothing blocked GEM or the patch itself since I was able to adjust seat position on each of the 65cars.

Also, when I circumvent GEM and just launch the default 67 cars directly from gpl.exe or gplc67.exe, then gplshift works properly.

I found an easy way-trick that works for DEFAULT 67 cars(tests will be done for all mods)!
Start Gpl through Gem and select any 67 car and start a session(any).I am not able to move my seat in any car except the eagle.
Now quit through Gem and start Gpl through gplc67.exe and voila!!!Now every car(default 67)responds to gplshift commands(seat up,down etc).
The only drawback is that the positions of the cars reverts to default ones each time you start gplc67.exe.
If we could find where these settings are saved....
More tests will follow!
Test 1.Bump....Historic67 doesnt work.

I've figured out the problem with the 67 cars not adjusting their up/down/back/forward POV (I think).

With the latest GPLShift (v.0.790) the 67 cars can't be adjusted - except for the Eagle.  With the previous version (v.0.781) the 67 cars can be adjusted.

The 69x cars still cannot be adjusted

Many, many thanks Bob for figuring this out!

  :thankyou:

So good to have the ability to use GPLshift again with GEM and the 67 cars.

Is the v.0.781 still available somewhere?

Version 0781 is available on JSJ's site.
It is found parenthetically hiding on the left at the very bottom of the GPLshift page.

Thank you Bob; this was driving me nuts tonight! Reverted back to v.0.781 and all is well.
