Dead Graphics Card?

As a stop gap, second hand 750TI go for around £50 on ebay.

I would also assume the gpu is dead before you try even more things with your pc to get it to work.
Your gpu is around 7 years old I thiink, sadly it's not unusual for them to stop working by then.

Yeh, sadly I think the card has given up. Everything I`ve tried is not working so I think that can really only mean one thing. I`ll give some more thought to the situation and take it from there. I`m going to be really busy with the new house for the next weeks so I`ll maybe just leave things as they are just now.
