I have been 'driving' previously on a 16"laptop, but bought a large TV and have started using the superceded 26"  as a monitor.

Yesterday I took a very slow lap of the Targa, not trying to set a time, just enjoy the scenery, rarely faster than thirty or forty mph.
It really is an amazing production;  the overall scenery; the spectators; the artist in one of the villages in process of painting the original of the race-programme cover; people on the balconies n the towns; refuelling depots by the roadside with placard-holding men announcing them in advance. etc.. etc. etc.

It took just over an hour and stil has me feeling warm and happy.  I know that I have thanked the team before but -THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH AGAIN

(I think that I shall take a similar approach to Jim Pearson's IOM  a couple of times before I try speed-lapping )

Awesome! I've not done it in Targa, but I've done it on other tracks. Just a leisurely drive and check out the scenery.
