The last important race was a F2 event won by Jack Brabham with his Brabham Honda

There has been  Jackie Stewart, John Surtees and Stirling Moss interviews .

at 17 PM,Paris time GMT, there is a big car parade of all the Brabhams and other cars that Jack drove.Fantastic !

Quite exactly 50 years ago, though he DNF, Jack won the title at Monza Italian GP

Awesome grid right now, including BRM P261's, Ferrari F1512, Brabham BT7 and BT14 etc...

Some fierce fighting for the lead! Great race. I remember some drivers/cars from the Historic Grand Prix at Brands Hatch earlier this year that I attended...(UKGPL meeting)

Yes, those Goodwood shows great battles !
I wonder if they fighted as much as they do, in period real races .... !!

On the Goodwood version for GPL, the track is flat, but it seems in RL there are small elevations

Just got home. The 1.5 litre cars were very entertaining. Attwood drove well but didn't quite have the pace of the leaders.

The 3 litre car demonstration was excellent, mainly because the driver of Lotus 49 #5 was wearing a Clark-style helmet. Felt a bit spooky. He and the ex-Siffert car were going quite hard down the straights by the end, but still very careful into Woodcote. Can't say I blame them.

Highlight of the day was buying Brian Redman's new book, and having him sign it for me. Stupidly I got totally tongue-tied and couldn't think of anything to say, despite him obviously being happy to chat. :(

Anyone who hasn't been yet really should go. There's not many of the original drivers left anymore.

I always postponed to the next year. But sure I shld come picking a flight from Toulouse to Gatwick airport, ansd then rent a car to Goodwood

Good weather but you have still a beautiful green grass, that's contributing to the refreshing atmosphere.Everything is hot and desperately dry where I live .

My first time watching Goodwood Revival. I've watched almost all the races, have to say that have been awesome. Are they always that good? Fights for positions everywhere! :)
