Lee has created a nice program that gives you pace notes for GPL tracks.

I have and it's a beauty! 33 minutes of near perfection. In my 20s or 30s I may have been able to keep it near the limit for 30+ minutes but I can't now.
I'm getting very close to driving clean laps here. I regularly make it 20 minutes without scratching my fenders but I always seem to make a mistake in the 3rd sector. My last lap in the Mk4 I made 3 minor mistakes. 2 of 3 may not have hurt the car in reality but 1 of them would have likely altered the alignment or cut a tire. I only made two mistakes on my last lap in the Mk 2b. One may have done nothing more than dented a fender. The other mistake would have totaled the car and I'd have been lucky to survive.
One of these days, I'll run a clean lap at Targa Florio.
The best way to learn is to keep practicing. I did 2 laps every Sunday morning for 6 months before I memorized most of the track. I noticed I need about 50 laps to get an understanding of any track. Targa is more difficult than most. Even after 6 months I'd still forget where I was at times. I remember where I am most of the time now but there are still many turns I could improve. It's only recently after 6 years of trying that I've made setups that work decent on the heavier GTs.
