I've uploaded Elkhart Lake recently and it's a great drive, challenging and with opportunities to carry speed through corners. Trouble is that it is a bit graphically boring, especially as the real track is quite attractive.

Is anyone aware of any addons to bring it up to the standards of some of the glorious graphic representations currently available on other tracks?

Ginetto is working on a RA he's built from scratch.  I'm not sure how far along it is, but it's something to look forward to. In answer to your question,  at the Alt Track Database there is a srmz button for each track that will take you to any graphic updates that are available.  If the buttons not active, then I don't think there are any.

I have a number of extra file in my "ELKHART" folder with this readme...
If you can't find it in these links I can repack this and submit it.

Grand Prix Legends (http://www.papy.com)
Graphic Addons ---- by Andre Streu - info@f1-edition.ifn.cx

CONTENTS:
Road America graphics update - Dat_Elk.zip
Rework of track texture, pit buildings, pitwall, billboards, sky .... lots of new stuff!
Thanks to Dave Noonan for the great converter !!
---
INSTALLATION:
Only one DAT-file must be installed to a specified directory.
EXAMPLE:
First install a new converted track of ICR2-RoadAmerica !!!!
If you wish to install the new graphics of Road America, you copy the DAT-file from the Zip-file and paste them into your GPL/TRACKS/ELKHART directory.
However, if you choose this option, you should make a backup of your elkhart.dat.
If you wish to uninstall the new file, simply remove them from your GPL/TRACKS/ELKHART directory.
Enjoy!!
---
BUGS:
The building of the pitstop and the bridge of the start/finish are clipping.

And now make your turn on the Road America - Elkhart Lake .... the right way to drive Grand Prix Legends.

I've uploaded the entire  track folder to Mediafire for d/l.  Run the standard installer for your track then copy/paste this file to it.

It's an old track made with an old converter which at the time was ok but now, as dbell84 says, we wait for Ginetto's version.

After a few Days it looks like this, there is still a lot to be done { Add Dips & Bumps [Track is to flat] - Graphix - TSO Positions ... etc }

Very good Artificial Intelligence and Driving Fun { tested with the 67 Cars } ... This version  {{ ICR II \o/ }} must be preserved for the future

Are we getting 3 versions of Elkhart Lake out of nowhere now? Amazing, bit excessive but still great news.

One is an update for a very old primitive version of the track for ICR II.  Two are built from scratch with objects and textures to differentiate between 1966 and 1971 versions.

The layouts of 1966 and 1971 are the same, or was there some difference?
